If you have a concern with an order, contact Orioworld support with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos where possible.

Our team will review the request and explain the applicable next steps, eligibility, return method and any timelines before you send an item back. Please do not send a return without contacting support first.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where supported; bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.
